As a Drivers Unlimited corporate client, you may place reservations with us any time through the Online Reservations section of our website. You will be provided with a secure user name and password that will provide you with instant, global access to your account. This function will enable you to:
- receive instant confirmations
- send reservations directly to us through the Internet
- enable your travel agent to include our services with a keystroke
- automatically update changes
- make worldwide reservations
This module allows you to:
- quickly review all closed trips
- print receipts and review corporate account status
- track individual travelers
Powered by state-of-the-art limousine software Odyssey GT3, our online account access will save you time and money, while improving accuracy and invoice tracking.
Once becoming a Drivers Unlimited customer, we ask that each executive fill out a personalized Executive Travel Profile to assist us in better addressing individual needs. The Executive Travel Profile provides us with essential contact and location information, but also gives us additional information designed to make each trip as enjoyable as it can be.
Which amenities would you like us to have for you in the car? What are the qualities in a chauffeur that are most important to you? Does your home have a mailbox with your name or house number on it? By answering these and a few other simple questions in our Executive Travel Profile, our clients can be assured that they will receive the utmost in personalized service---service we at Drivers Unlimited are renown for.
