Terms of Service

By placing a reservation with Drivers Unlimited you acknowledge and agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further expressly authorize Drivers Unlimited to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached.

Airport Arrivals Wait Time

Drivers Unlimited provides up to 1 hour of free wait time on Airport Arrivals for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage.
We update all flight arrival times when a correct flight number is provided, but the update is only as reliable as the information we are provided by the Airline or Airport.

Point to Point Transfers

Drivers Unlimited provides up to a 15 minutes grace period at pick-up before wait time charges apply. Point-to-Point Transfers include all Airport Departures, Point A to Point B Transfers and all non-hourly reservations.

Hourly Reservations

Hourly orders are billed from the scheduled pick up time until the time you exit the vehicle. If pick up and/or drop off location is outside of Fairfield County, CT, the reservation is billed from the time the vehicle leaves our garage until the time the vehicle returns to our garage. There is a 2 hour minimum for local trips and 4 hour minimum for trips outside of Fairfield County, CT.

Pick up Times

Our reservationist will recommend a pick up time that will ensure you are at the airport in plenty of time for your departure. If you choose to be picked up at a later time than suggested, we cannot guarantee you will arrive in time for your departure and we will not be held responsible.

No-Show Policy

You will be considered a no-show after 1 hour (1 1/2 hours for International Airport Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your scheduled pick-up time if you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting our office by phone.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted by phone only. For Airport Arrivals & New York City pick ups we require that cancellations be received no less than 2 hours prior to pick up time. Round trip orders must be cancelled as 2 separate orders. For pick ups in Fairfield County, CT we require that cancellations be received no less than 1 hour prior to pick up time. If you fail to cancel by the prescribed time frames prior to your pick up time you may be charged in full for the order. The balance in full will be due should you fail to cancel by prescribed time frame or no-show at pick up location. If you cancel by the prescribed time frame the fee is waived.

Change Policy

We require that all changes be received by phone (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 1 hour prior to pick up in Fairfield County and 2 hours for Airports or NYC & are subject to availability. If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancel you will be charged in full for the order.

Vehicle Request Policy

Drivers Unlimited reserves the right to upgrade a vehicle request to accommodate a client's reservation at no charge to the client if deemed necessary.

Rates & Billing

All Rates are subject to audit after order completion to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted, etc.
All rates are billed, including, applicable fees/taxes and Chauffeur gratuity. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity it is at your sole discretion, and is only in addition to the 20% you have already paid for. You will not receive a full or partial refund for the 20% Gratuity by providing a cash tip to the Chauffeur.

Off hours and Holiday Surcharges

For all trips between 12:00AM and 6:00AM and Official US Holidays there will be an additional $15 surcharge.

Other Surcharges

All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to: road tolls, parking, airport fees and carts will be billed to the client.

Payment Methods

Drivers Unlimited accepts American Express, Diner's Club, Visa & MasterCard. All charges, including gratuities are billed to your credit card/account. Credit Cards preauthorization is obtained 48 hours prior to pick up time. Our Chauffeurs do not collect charges in cash unless previously arranged with our office. Please be aware if a cash payment is given to chauffeur it will be considered an additional gratuity.

Affiliate Service Policy

Drivers Unlimited utilizes, at its own discretion, Affiliates to provide Limousine and Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients.

Lost or Damaged Items

Drivers Unlimited and its Affiliates are not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. Drivers Unlimited reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.

Uncontrollable Acts, Acts of God and/or Acts of Nature

Drivers Unlimited and its Affiliates are not responsible for acts of God, acts of Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control  including, but not limited to traffic congestion, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, road closures etc.
Drivers Unlimited reserves the right to terminate service at any time for reasons such as hazardous driving and/or weather conditions.  We will do our best to inform our customers in advance on such a circumstance.

Rate Changes

Drivers Unlimited reserves the right to change rates at any time without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

Drivers Unlimited and its Affiliates do not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties.

We reserve the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.
